Thanks. 1.I got the right click trick to convert sentence case to title case. Is there a way of automating it? The article doesn't say so. 2.I couldn't find anything about removing the DOI.

Installed it, but still the same problem of having the place and date parehtesised: (New York, N.Y., United States, February 17, 1962), which is not Chicago style for newspaper articles. Also, the page number does not appear. Any ideas?
